Terms and Conditions

This site and its component library are operated by Shruti Shankar Narayanan, a sole proprietor based in India, reachable at shruti.shankarnarayanan25@gmail.com. In these terms, “I” and “my” refer to the operator, and “you” refers to the person using the site or buying a component.

Each item in the library is sold individually. Buying one item grants you a licence to that item only. There is no bundle, subscription, or all access tier.

Templates are the one exception: because a template’s code imports other components in order to work, buying a template also grants you the components it depends on. Those dependencies are listed on the template’s page before you buy.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on each item’s page and are the total amount payable. Some parts of the library are free and stay free.

After purchase you may:

• Use the component in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work.
• Modify the source however you like to fit your project.
• Ship it as part of a larger application, website, or product you build.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish the source as a component library, template pack, or similar competing product.
• Share your licence key or account access with anyone outside your organisation.
• Publish the source in a public repository, gist, or paste in a way that makes the paid item freely available.

The licence is perpetual for the version you bought and does not expire. It is non exclusive and non transferable.

Delivery is immediate and digital. After a successful payment you receive a licence key by email at the address you entered at checkout. Entering that key on the site unlocks the component source in your browser and enables installation through the command line for the items you own.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then email me. Keep your licence key somewhere safe, since it is what proves the purchase.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card and banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach this site or its servers. A payment is only treated as complete once Razorpay confirms it.

Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are limited. The full policy, including the cases where a refund is available, is on the refund and cancellation page.

Components may be updated, improved, or occasionally retired. If an item you bought is updated, you keep access to it. I do not guarantee that any specific component will remain available for purchase indefinitely.

The components are provided as is. I take care to make them correct and accessible, but I cannot guarantee they are free of defects or that they will fit every use case. You are responsible for testing anything you ship.

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
