Real `navigator.clipboard.writeText` with an `execCommand` fallback. On success the icon spring-morphs copy to check, a ring pulses out with a small particle burst, and an `aria-live` region announces it; the state resets after `timeout`. Icon-only or labelled via the `variant` prop.
